www.agraderautohub.com is an online platform that brings together the sellers and buyers of auto vehicles. Sellers will be able to post advertisements to sell used or new vehicles and buyers can browse the posted advertisements to source for good deals. The online platform aims to build a community to share information and interests on vehicles such as motorcars, and motorbikes etc. Both Sellers and Buyers must register as members in order to participate in competitions, events and contests organised by www.agraderautohub.com |

| 2) Do I need to register as a member to post advertisements? Why do I need to register as a member? | |

Yes you will be required to register as a member. There are two ways to post advertisements. Firstly, you can click on SELL VEHICLE on our homepage which will directly route you to register as a member first. With your uid and password, you can log in as a member to our service and thus be able to post advertisements for new and used cars. Secondly, you can click on MEMBER REGISTRATION and register as a member first. Again with your uid and password, you can log in as a member to our service and post advertisements for new and used cars. There are a lot of incentives to be a member of www.agraderautohub.com. As a member, you can win cash prizes in our lucky draws, get special discounts as well as participate in contests and events organised by www.agraderautohub.com. | |
| 3) How do I post advertisements? | |

There are 2 paths (member route or direct posting route) for you to follow in order to post an advertisement. Kindly refer to the following flowchart. |

| 4) Do I need to pay to post advertisements? | |
|
As we are running a Beta version of www.agraderautohub.com, posting of advertisements on the portal is currently free. However there will be charges once the Beta testing is completed. |

| 5) What is the maximum size of the photo I can post? | |
|
The size of each photo must not be more than 200 KB and must be in jpg, jpeg, gif or png format. |

| 6) Why do I need to submit NRIC and Car Plate numbers? | |
|
NRIC and Car Plate numbers are used so to prevent fraud cases and determine genuine buyers and sellers. NRIC and Car Plate details are kept confidential and not released to anyone. |

| 7) Is renting out cars illegal? | |
|
